Digital Services & Game Rentals: If you are not satisfied with a board game rental or digital service (such as an event or membership), we offer a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product or service has not been used. For game rentals, if the game is damaged or defective upon return, a refund or replacement will be issued. 2. Merchandise & Physical Products: For any merchandise purchased from our Game Gift Shop, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. If the product is defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. We ask that you return the product in the original packaging to ensure a smooth process. 3. Event & Tournament Fees: In the event that you are unable to attend a game night or tournament, a full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event. After this period, no refunds will be provided, though we may offer credit towards future events or services in exceptional circumstances. 4.
